Sessions are typically 45-55 minutes and are scheduled via a secure portal so you can find available times that work best for your schedule. At Grace Counseling, we take your privacy seriously, and all insurance and payment information is collected prior to your first session. You will be seen in a quiet, peaceful office with no check-in needed.
Rates:
First appointments/evaluations - $250
40-45 minute sessions - $150
55-60 minute sessions - $190
Late cancellation/no-show fee - $85
Insurances Accepted: HealthPartners, Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and United Behavioral Health. Documentation available for Out of Network benefits, if requested.
EAP Programs Accepted: Modern Health, Workplace & Family Life Services (WFLS), and Employee & Family Resources (EFR)

Couples & marriage counseling
At Grace Counseling, we’re here to help you strengthen your relationship in a warm, supportive space. To provide the best care possible, we do not bill insurance for couples or marriage therapy.
While mental health services are often covered under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), insurance companies typically limit coverage to sessions focused on a diagnosable mental health condition. Most relationship concerns—like communication struggles, rebuilding trust, or navigating life changes—don’t meet those requirements, which means claims are often denied.
Our couples sessions are about 55 minutes and the fee is $150. This allows us to focus fully on your goals together, without the restrictions insurance can place on treatment.
